This amazing cabernet was aged 26 months in American oak and had 18 months in bottle before release.  Fruit comes from Eastern Oregon and is crafted in Carlton.  Bright balanced tannins with flavors of cherry, cassis, and tobacco.  Beautiful semi-dry finish.  Pair with your favorite style of steak or ribs.  Cellar till 2028 and beyond!  100 Cases
