Planted in 2012 on our estate vineyard.  It is a dry German style white wine that has a nose of crisp peach, green apple and honey.  Flavors of pear, lemon grass, honey, and Granny Smith apple.  It is tart and crisp with high acidity.  Pair with your favorite Thai or spicy dish.  Aged on the lees in 100% steel tank.  Filtered and fined.
