This lovely white wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Hand-picked and then pressed 5 hours later. Aged 1 year in steel tank. It offers aromas of pear and red apple, and then provides round, semi-dry flavor with a bright bloom of white nectarine and zesty grilled pineapple with a light dusting of ancho pepper.
